Users
This category includes panels for managing end users for the Organization.
End Users
All users under this organization are listed and managed from this panel.
Viewing Users
The Users screen allows users under this reseller and all of its children resellers and organizations to be managed.
Column | Description |

Name | the name of the user |
Email address | the email associated with the user |
Phone number | the phone number associated with the user |
Organizations | the organizations which the user can access |
Actions | the ⚙ Actions menu button which allows for managing of users |
The available actions are:
- Edit: Edit the first name, last name and username of the user.
- Remove: Removes the user from the current organization.
- Send reset password instructions: Sends reset passwords instructions to the user.
- Re-send confirmation email: Resends the confirmation email, if the user has not yet confirmed their account.
- Cancel invitation: Cancels the invitation sent to them, if the user has not yet confirmed their account.
- Deactivate: Deactivate the user. Deactivated users cannot log in.
- Log in as user: Log in as this user.
When selecting a user the roles assigned to that user are displayed below. Roles can be added or removed through this, by either selecting the x or selecting the Add role... button. If all the user's roles are deleted, the user will also be removed from the organization.
To toggle whether activated/deactivated users are being shown select the red button at the bottom of the page.
The different columns can be sorted by clicking on the column heading. Searching is also enabled, through the magnifying glass icon on the right.
Adding new Users
New users can also be added to this organization using the Add button at the bottom. An email and a role is required to create the user, and a confirmation email will be sent to the given email address. After creation, more roles can be assigned to the user.
Contact
This panel allows you to view contacts for your organization and also add/edit postage details.
Viewing Contacts
The Contacts screen displays the contacts available for the organization

The different columns can be sorted by clicking on the column heading. Searching is also enabled, through the magnifying glass icon on the right.
Postage details
Postage details can be added, edited or deleted here. If no postage details have been provided, they can be added by selecting the Add button and filling out the form. Otherwise, the existing postage details can be edited or deleted through the Edit and Delete buttons respectively.
