Account
This category includes panels related to rates, billing, limits, and usage history.
Rates
The rates dictate how much each resource costs, and how much they should be sold for.
Viewing and Changing Rates
This provides a list of all resources, including details and buy/sell rates:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Region | where the specified resource is physically located (for example, Sydney) |
Resource Type | the type of resource (either a License, IP Address, Instance, Disk or Bandwidth) |
Resource Name | user friendly name to identify the resource |
Default Sell Rate | the rate to charge child resellers and organization customers |
Buy Rate | the rate at which these resources are bought by this reseller |
The save button at the bottom will save any changes.
Billing
Billing settings for the selected reseller can be managed from this panel.
Controlling Billing Information
The Billing Management setting controls whether or not your end users are able to see and manage billing information through the End User Panel. The different commands for this option do the following:
- Change: This command changes whether this option is enabled or disabled.
- Apply to children: This command recursively applies this setting to all child resellers.
- Lock setting: This command locks this option from being changed by any child reseller. Once locked, it can be unlocked again through this command.
Controlling Payment Card Settings
This option will only show if Billing management is set to Enabled, and gives you the option to select a payment processor, which can be changed using the Change button. Note that only Stripe is currently supported, and will require your Security Key and Publishable Key.
Limits
This panel allows you to specify limits on the amount of resources that can be used by this reseller and all its children.
Viewing and Changing Usage Limits
Usage limits exist on a variety of resources, and can be modified to restrict the amount of resources organizations are allowed. Further restrictions can be applied on a per-organization basis in the organization admin panel.
Limits can be edited or deleted through the context menu shown by the ⚙ Actions menu button or right clicking the limit.
The available usage limits are:
- the number of Disks allowed
- what disk tiers are allowed
- what regions are allowed
- the number of Instances allowed
- whether this restriction is on instances in general or on running instances
- what instance tiers are allowed
- what regions are allowed
- the number of IP Addresses allowed
- what networks are allowed (public/private) and which specific ranges

These limits can be set through the Add limit button. Note that new limits won't destroy any existing resources, even if the limit is already reached.
Usage History
This is a tool used to generate usage reports for given time frames, and includes information on historical usage for Instances, Disks, IP Addresses and Bandwidth.
Generating a Usage History Report
The available options available for generating this report are:
- Inclusion: What should be included in this report. That is just resellers, just organizations, or everything.
- From: The start time and date of the period.
- To: The end time and date of the period.
- Types: The type of report that should be generated. There are two options available, and at least one must be selected for the report to be generated. These options are:
- Detailed: This gives a report based on individual items.
- Summary: This gives a report based totals per resource.
The report can then be generated by selecting the Generate button. This will download a zip file containing csv files corresponding to the type of reports selected.
